Just for posterity, I must state that this is the one recipe that I am CONSTANTLY asked to make. Why? Because it is good.....and because I am asked to make it frequently by friends...there are ALL kinds of stories based around this soup. One that may at some point even be an Anono-Momma...so you may want to be on the lookout :)
1 c. Tomato Juice
1 c. Black Beans
1 c. White Beans
1 c. Pinto Beans
1 c. Corn
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef (browned)
1 Packet Ranch Dressing
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
Shredded Cheese (any kind you enjoy)
Fritos (this is the key)
Brown your ground beef and drain the juices.
Put juice in a large stock pot
Put all beans in.
Add Ground beef.
Add both seasoning packets and let boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20
minutes.
If you do once a month, or once a week cooking, this is a meal that can be frozen!
Top with cheese and fritos and ENJOY!!
This recipe is Screacher approved!
